Competent staff, always available. We are working on a project that started more than a year ago and is still evolving, and this is one of SWD's strengths: in-depth analysis, a proactive attitude and flexibility in solving problems. This has already allowed us to reach several of our goals, in some cases with results beyond our expectations.

After several attempts to find someone up to the task of an ambitious, truly unique project, made of many pieces and updates needed to improve communication with our members, we came across SWD Web, which immediately stood out for its professionalism, know-how and experience in building our website and our management platform, which supports more than 6,000 members through integrated software and applications to streamline our internal workflows. The dynamic, courteous staff responds quickly and solves any issues, and is always available for in-person meetings as well as conference calls to understand and deliver our ever-evolving projects. From our experience, SWD Web is a key you cannot do without, to meet both today's needs and, above all, tomorrow's.

SWD Web is a point of reference for us and always helps us develop different aspects of our projects. Their ideas are always up to date. It is a constantly constructive and stimulating working relationship. The team is a sure bet in web and digital, and their support is always timely and precise.

SWD Web delivered our ambitious project and exceeded our expectations. The team always focused on active listening: our needs always came first. Bringing innovative ideas and functional features to the table is not always easy, but the team developed our online project in the best possible way. This helped us not only improve the quality of our work, but also reach many more customers.

For more than 15 years I have worked with the software house I chose to support my business. SWD has helped me stay ahead both in internal management (scientific data processing and collaboration with regional health services) and in external communication, promoting events and updates through newsletters and social media. They have always met my requests and guided my choices.

The SWD professionals were proactive and helpful in handling the needs we expressed while building the website, promptly proposing alternative solutions.
The result is fully satisfactory and in line with our expectations.
An excellent team.

An adventure that began in November 2019. Professionalism, punctuality and competence: these are the words that best describe the SWD Web team. With them we built our e-commerce site, including a product customiser that far exceeded our expectations. Despite 2020 and all the problems of that unusual year, deadlines were met, and the developer and support team were always present, available and above all courteous. Choosing SWD was the right move. We decided to entrust SWD with our other websites too, knowing we are in safe hands. Thank you: synergy and professional reliability always pay off.

We have been working with SWD Web for about ten years and are very happy with their services. The team is made up of competent, detail-oriented professionals, always open to new challenges. They leave nothing to chance and provide ongoing support. We are fully satisfied with the work we are doing together.
